1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Publicus Agency website ("publicus.agency") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Publicus Agency provides Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and local SEO services, including but not limited to:

• GBP audit and optimization
• Geo-targeted Google Posts creation
• Citation cleanup and management
• Review strategy and templates
• Competitor analysis and keyword mapping

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google algorithm changes, market competition, and your business operations.

3. Packages & Pricing

Our services are offered as one-time packages with clearly listed deliverables. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Any price change will not affect orders already placed.

4. Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Full payment is required before work begins.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

• If work has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Once work has commenced (e.g., audit delivered, posts created), refunds are not available.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, you will receive a full refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile (if required)
• Respond to our communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Not engage in practices that violate Google's Terms of Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials we create for your business become your property upon full payment. Our proprietary methods, tools, and templates remain the property of Publicus Agency.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Publicus Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, rankings, or data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• You violate these terms

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email when possible.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
